1. Membership Fees

All membership fees, subscription charges, and program payments made to Master of Methods are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our platform, systems, resources, templates, frameworks, strategy sessions, and member access, all payments are generally non-refundable.

Once access to membership resources, digital materials, sessions, or platform content is granted, refunds will not be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel future renewals or recurring subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future charges but will not generate refunds for the current active membership period.

Members will continue to have access until the end of their active billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment or accidental multiple transaction occurs, users must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date.

Verified duplicate payments may be reviewed and processed accordingly.

5. Failed or Interrupted Services

In cases where:

• Technical issues prevent access

• Payment is processed but membership is not activated

• System errors affect account functionality

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore access.

6. Strategy Sessions & Consultations

Any booked strategy session, consultation, or mentorship session may require prior scheduling.

Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered completed and may not qualify for rescheduling or refund.

7. Membership Access Termination

Master of Methods reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

• Platform misuse occurs

• Unauthorized sharing of member content occurs

• Fraudulent or abusive activities are detected

• Community or ethical guidelines are violated

8. Pricing Changes

Membership pricing, launch offers, and promotional pricing may change at any time without prior notice.

Existing active memberships will continue according to the plan purchased during the active billing period.
